From the moment I stepped into the stylish lobby, I knew this was going to be a memorable stay. The modern, art‑deco inspired design throughout is tasteful yet warm, creating an inviting atmosphere right on Kempten’s buzzing Kotterner Straße . The staff were exceptional — unfailingly polite, helpful and professional. As one delighted guest noted, “welcoming and professional staff, lovely rooms and a superb breakfast” . I experienced the same: check‑in was swift and courteous, and house‑keeping maintained immaculate standard throughout. My room was bright, pristine and wonderfully comfortable, with premium bedding and a pillow menu that made sleep a true luxury . The room was sound‑proofed and included blackout drapes—all contributing to a restful night’s sleep . Although some smaller rooms feature compact bathrooms, mine felt generous—a modern, sleek bathroom with a brilliant shower facilities . Breakfast was an absolute highlight — truly stunning, with a generous buffet offering choices to suit every taste . One reviewer raved: “breakfast was stunning – choices for every taste… huge TV screen” . I wholeheartedly agree: fresh, varied and beautifully presented each morning. Location-wise, this is ideal. The hotel is literally adjacent to the bigBOX ALLGÄU events centre, and just a minute’s walk from Forum Allgäu shopping and the city centre attractions, including the historic Residenz and St Lorenz Basilica . A few minutes further brings you to the charming Old Town and Iller riverside. Guest facilities are extensive and well-thought‑out: free Wi‑Fi throughout, an on‑site bar and the musics restaurant & lounge serving both regional and international dishes, plus local wines and beers . There’s also a free gym, conference rooms, and convenient luggage storage for late departures . Parking is easy and affordable—the nearby municipal car park is just a minute’s walk and costs around €9–€10 per day, while a public garage is also very close by .

The hotel is next to the Big Box venue, it was the main reason why I booked it. It was more than worth it, showing up for the concert with no bag and no need for a taxi was so worth it. Great room, nice breakfast, friendly and helpful stuff - I was allowed to check out later to not have to wait so much in the lobby. Less than 10 minutes from downtown - a great one, I would like to add. Would stay here anytime again with confidence.

The location is very centric. The breakfast buffet has many options however it is like buying stuff from the supermarket.

Quality-price is good. breakfast is tasty and varied. Room is small but well organised. we had a great view! Close to the city center. Looking forward to going there again
